What do I need to order?

Before you order, you’ll need to know your eyeglasses prescription (make sure you're not using contacts' prescription to order eyeglasses - it's slightly different) and your pupillary distance (PD). Your PD is the distance in millimeters between your pupils, and helps us center your prescription correctly in your frames.

What if I need to change my order?

We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to calls us at 1-877-537-2637 during the times Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. ET. You can also email us with your order details.

What’s the status of my order?

How do I order multiple pairs of glasses with different prescriptions?

If you are interested in purchasing multiple pairs using different prescriptions (e.g. one for you and one for your spouse; one pair for distance and one for reading), please place a separate order for each prescription. Shipping is $4.95 to CANADA per order, $9.95 to US per order, and $30 elsewhere globally, but we will be happy to provide you with a free shipping code for each subsequent orders placed placed at the same time if you reach out to us via email before placing your subsequent order.

Prescriptions
How do I submit my prescription?

Use our online prescription form to complete your prescription details. You can also upload your prescription using the upload feature on the prescription page. Lastly, you can send an image or scan of your prescription to us via email.

We’ll also need your pupillary distance (PD).

Your PD is the distance in millimeters between your pupils, and it helps us center your prescription correctly in your frames. If your doctor did not include this measurement with your prescription, most optical shops will measure your PD for a small fee.

How do I get my prescription?

Make an appointment with your local optometrist. Be sure to ask your doctor to include your pupillary distance (PD) on your prescription!

Can you fill my prescription?

Non-prescription sun

Top of the line lenses provided by the brands, depending on the pair you decide to purchase. For example Ray-Ban sunglasses come with Ray-Ban lenses and Tom Ford sunglasses come with Tom Ford lenses.

Do you offer bifocal or progressive lenses?

We offer progressive lens option through the website, but can not fulfill bifocal lenses online at this time. If you are interested in getting bifocal lenses with our frames, please email us with your prescription to hello@frameslist.com. We will get back to you as soon as we check with our lab for your order possibility and the pricing! If you would like single-vision lenses, you can do so online - just fill out your prescription detail through our checkout process, upload your scanned prescription sheet, or email us your prescription with your order details. If anytime you are confused, call us at 1-877-537-2637, Monday-Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET. and we can assist you!

What is the difference between single-vision and progressive lenses?

Single-vision lenses offer one correction throughout the entire lens (usually for distance or reading). Progressive lenses offer multiple focal corrections in one lens, providing a seamless transition from distance correction on top to reading correction on bottom. This means you can see your whole field of vision without switching between multiple pairs of glasses.

Can you make lenses with a prism correction?

Yes! Pricing is based on your specific prescription values, as well as the type of lenses you choose to purchase. We’re happy to help you figure out the best lenses for you based on your prescription strength. What’s the best way to clean my lenses?

For day-to-day cleaning of light smudges, a few swipes of the cleaning cloth included in your case should do the trick.

Fit
What are your sizes?

Our sizes are categorized based on the algorithm based on Lens Width and Bridge Width (in millimeters).

To determine your fit, multiply Lens Width by 2, and add Bridge Width.

EXAMPLE: If your Lens Width is 50mm and your Bridge Width is 20mm, calculate (50x2) + 20 = 120(mm). Compare this number to below chart.

Narrow Fit

Total is less than 116mm lens width

Medium Fit

Total is between 116mm to 126mm lens width

Wide Fit

Total is more than 126mm lens width

Where to find your measurements
How do I know my Lens Width?

Measurements for glasses can be found printed on the inside of the temple arm. If you currently own a pair of glasses, reference these measurement numbers to pick out your new frame.

What are your shipping options?
Flat rate shipping of $4.95 to Canada, $9.95 to US and $30 to other international countries

With our flat rate shipping, it’s never been more convenient to order eyewear online. Buy as many pairs as you like for just one shipping price!

What is your return policy?

Our 30 day return policy ensures that you have enough time to try out and love your new look. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a refund request - no questions asked! You can do so by either giving us a call at 1 877 537 2637 or emailing us at hello@frameslist.com. Will ask you to send the product back to an address based on your location. Once the product is received in the same new condition and in original packaging, we will credit back your money! Please note that you will have to pay for the return shipping.

Insurance & payment
Do you accept insurance as payment for my eyeglasses?

We don’t deal with insurance providers directly, but you can request a receipt for your use when applying for reimbursement. All prescription glasses are eligible for insurance claims. Please check with your insurance provider for more information.

How do I get a receipt?

A receipt will be attached to your shipping confirmation email and included with your purchase! If you need another copy, email us at hello@frameslist.com.
